ModelSigns are pleased to announce we're partnering with Making Tracks 3 - the third in a series of ambitious OO gauge model railway projects supported by Pete Waterman OBE, Mike Wild of Key Publishing and The Railnuts modelling group, with ModelSigns as the official scale lighting supplier.
How to fit lights to a model railway? This article will cover the basics of installing lighting accessories on your model railway with use of the ModelSigns Model Railway Lighting Wiring Starter Kit in mind. We recommend using ModelSigns Lighting Accessories, but third party lights can also be used in this set up.
Following tonight's announcement, here is our latest #Coronavirus Update: We're trying as hard as we can to help keep you stocked up with our accessories and signs, we're still sending out orders and will try to get orders out to you as soon as possible!
Place an order and see our products here - ModelSigns.ChrisGGroup.co.uk Status Update - 01/01/2021 : Most services have now returned to near normal processing times. We would like to apologise to all of our customers on behalf of Royal Mail for the delays to many of your orders. While we have continued to dispatch orders on time throughout this busy period it, as you have no doubt seen in recent national press coverage, an increase in mail volume culminating from the normal Christmas rush and a large upturn in online retails sales in the last quarter is causing major processing delays for mail sent through Royal Mail. Understandably we've been getting messages from a lot of customers chasing their orders and asking why there isn't any tracking data for their order. We dispatch most orders using Royal Mail 24 or 48 which will only provide proof of delivery, so unfortunately there won't be any tracking information until a delivery has been attempted. At the beginning of December we found that most orders sent on a Monday would arrive between Friday and the following Monday, however more recently we are seeing some mail take more than 2 weeks to arrive at its destination. If your order still hasn't arrived within 10 working days since dispatch (the time after which Royal Mail class your package as "lost") then please do get in touch and we will try to resolve this as soon as possible, if you get in touch before then we might not be able to shed much light unfortunately, so it may be best to contact Royal Mail directly. If you need an item quickly we recommend upgrading to our DHL Next Day service at checkout, this is fully tracked and seems to be standing up better than the Royal Mail options. We appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting us over the last few months! - Chris, ModelSigns |
